South Orange County · Mission Viejo · Laguna Niguel
Three generations and over four decades of family-operated residential assisted living for the elderly in South Orange County.
Welcome to Arbor View
Our reputation is built on over 46 years of family-operated senior care — a tradition spanning three generations, beginning with our grandparents in Laguna Hills in 1978 and continuing today across seven beautiful homes in South Orange County.
At Arbor View, your loved one isn't a resident in a facility — they are a cherished member of a small, close-knit family household, cared for by a consistent team who knows them by name, by habit, and by heart.
We believe the highest quality of life comes from promoting independence, maintaining respect, and preserving dignity at every stage of aging.
Making the Right Choice
Choosing the right care environment is one of the most significant decisions a family can make. Here is how the options compare.

Directors & Administrators
Mark and Erin Fisk have dedicated their professional lives to continuing a family caregiving tradition that stretches back nearly five decades. They are present, hands-on, and personally invested in the wellbeing of every resident across all seven Arbor View homes.
Erin serves as Arbor View's Nurse Care Manager, bringing deep clinical expertise and a Master of Social Work degree to the coordination and oversight of every resident's individualized care plan. Together, Mark and Erin conduct regular rounds at each location, are directly reachable by families, and set the tone for a culture of compassion and warmth that defines the Arbor View experience.
Family Voices
Word of mouth has been the foundation of our growth for over four decades. We are grateful for every family who has trusted us with their loved one's care.
"I want to express my deepest thanks for providing a wonderful home for Dad the last twenty months of his life. You were an answer to prayer — I knew it the minute I met you."
"My sister and I would like to thank you and your staff for all that you did. It is back-breaking work and emotionally demanding. Your staff did it with love and kindness."
"There truly aren't words to thank you for all you did for mom and myself. I never worried about mom being well-cared for by loving caregivers, thanks in large part to you overseeing everything."
"I always felt good after every visit, knowing he was in good hands — very fortunate that we had found a home where he was truly cared for."
"I believe the Lord had a hand in guiding us to you. You and the caregivers gave my mother the best of care in the most difficult time of her life."
"I can't thank you enough for the care and attention given to my mom. I looked forward to every visit and considered everyone family. It left such a void in my routine of life."
